STUDENT REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Exam Preparation Academy (EPA) refund and cancellation policy applies to all students for all online courses.

How to cancel your enrolment:
To cancel a course registration, students must email service@epa.globalhrd.net between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time); Monday to Friday. Students will receive an email to confirm the cancellation.

Refunds for students who choose to withdraw prior to the start date
A student may cancel his/her registration up to 4 days prior to the start date of the course and be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the email confirmation.

Refunds for students who choose to withdraw from a course on the start date or within the first three (3) days from the course start date
If a student withdraws from his/her course within the first 3 lesson days of the course, a full refund will be provided. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the email confirmation.

Policy for students who choose to withdraw 3 days after the course start date or later
If a student withdraws from his/her course after the first 3 days after the course start date or later, no refund will be provided.

Rescheduling or cancellation of courses:
In some instances, courses may be rescheduled or cancelled, usually due to low enrolment. EPA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any online course within 5 days prior to the advertised course start date.

Refunds in the event of a rescheduled or cancelled course
In the event of a course being rescheduled by EPA, the student will be notified and be given the options of attending the next scheduled course or a full refund which will be provided to the student at the time that he/she is notified about the course rescheduling or cancellation.
